Upon completion of the Foundation course, students will receive 30 credit hours towards the educational requirement, as approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), to become a professional home inspector.

Each section of the course is timed for a minimum amount of contact time. The overall course is also timed for the required hours of contact time. Students will not be allowed to take quizzes or the final exam until the required contact time is completed.
